This website and all course offerings are operated by:

(hereinafter referred to as "Provider")

2. Services

The provider offers the following services:

• Private lessons (online)

• Group courses (online)

• Company courses (online or in person)

In the future, additional digital content such as PDF files, books or learning materials may be offered.

 

3. Target group

The offer is aimed at both private individuals and companies. Participation is generally open to people of all ages, provided they have a stable internet connection.

 

4. Booking & Contract Conclusion

Bookings can be made via the website, email, or third-party platforms. By booking, customers accept these terms and conditions.

 

5. Prices & Payment

The prices for the respective offers are listed on the website or in the individual offer.

• For private customers, the total amount is due immediately upon booking.

• Corporate customers will receive an invoice which must be paid within the period specified on the invoice.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or other electronic payment methods.

 

6. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Cancellations: Cancellations are possible up to 12 hours before the start of the session. After this period, the full session fee will be charged.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling a session is possible up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Emergencies: In the event of an acute emergency preventing attendance, please contact us at office@theenglishmasterclass.com to request a rescheduling or cancellation. Please note, however, that approval of such requests cannot be guaranteed.

The respective cancellation policies and regulations regarding date changes are clearly displayed with the offer. Please note the deadlines and conditions specified there.

In the event of cancellation by the provider, a replacement date will be offered or a refund will be provided.

 

7. Communication

Communication between the provider and customers takes place via:

8. Rules of Conduct & Safe Space

The English Masterclass is an LGBTQIA+ friendly learning space.
Discrimination of any kind (e.g., based on gender, origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or neurodivergence) will not be tolerated.

All courses take place in a respectful and safe environment. Should a participant repeatedly violate these values, the provider may terminate the collaboration. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund.

 

9. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Austrian law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The current version is always available on the website. For services already booked, the terms and conditions valid at the time of booking apply.
